Just your classic bumble bee in black-and-yellow-black-and-yellow-black-and-yellow.
This blog mainly focuses on affordable fashion, but hey a girl can dream when shooting on Rodeo Dr. The best part about this was that Starline Tours bus definitely stopped RIGHT in front of me while shooting, so I’m pretty sure I gave about 30 tourists the classic “LA sighting.” lol.
Ironically enough, the outfit that reminds me most of high fashion is actually the most comfortable and wearable. More importantly, it has COLOR! Well, just enough yellow to slightly resemble a chic bumble bee. ?
I got these wide-leg flowy pants years ago (back when I was just visiting LA!), but I will link similar options down below! They have a fold-over waist band, so for the stomach-conscious gals, it’s V forgiving. I wanted to show off a bit of my upper torso, so I threw on my mom’s old tank top and this satin tank from Nasty Gal – which is actually supposed to be worn differently, but I like it better open as a vest!
Wearing the same shoes as my last post, I’m still obsessed. I love neutrals, so I always aim to make my shoes the statement piece.
